Follifoot is a small village of stone houses around a green, about 4 miles from Bewerley Road. Main Street and the lanes off it were not built for a long vehicle to sit outside a cottage. Some houses have a short drive. Many have a front door near the road and a garden wall. The carry, if there is one, is part of the price.
Rudding sits on the edge of the parish. On a large event day the approach roads are busier than a normal Tuesday. Tell us if completion clashes with one. The A658 is the faster road nearby, but the last few hundred metres into the village are the part that matters.
HG3 is the usual postcode. Insurance is provided. Ask what is covered when you book. A village house going to Leeds or York is still a local collection. The long part of the day is the far end, not the miles from our base.

No. The green is not a loading area. We need the house door and a legal stop on the road or drive. If that means a short carry, it goes in the quote.
Is Follifoot the same job as Pannal?
No. Follifoot is east of Pannal, off the roads towards Spofforth. The lanes between them are narrow. Give us the HG3 postcode, not just the nearest larger village.
Do Rudding Park events affect the village?
Event traffic uses the roads around Rudding, which sits beside Follifoot. If your completion is on a large event day, say so and we will avoid that arrival time.
